The goal of this Practical Pilates class is to strengthen the body’s “powerhouse,” a Pilates term that refers to your abdominals, lower back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Through a series of exercises, standing and on a mat, this workout helps build, sculpt and tone these muscles, giving your body a long, lean look while improving your flexibility, posture and balance.
Requirements: Able to get down onto a mat, no issues that might be aggravated by these exercises, doctors OK if needed (I will check with you on this)
