Using my background as an engineer, I systematically get an understanding of your current health and then design a custom plan based on your particular goals. Unless you choose to start out firing on all cylinders, we will progress slowly to guarantee that you make progress without getting hurt. At regular intervals I measure your progress and provide a custom report with actionable items to follow up on both at home and in future sessions.
As a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist using The BioMechanics Method, I help clients find major postural and structural deviations that may be causing them pain and preventing them from doing the things they love to do.
