The “Four-A-Day Veggie Challenge” is simple: eat at least 4 servings of veggies EVERY DAY for 7 Days. The challenge starts on Monday, February 6th and goes through Sunday the 12th, but make sure to sign up using the following form before the challenge begins so you can get yourself adequately prepared!
