Veggie Challenge

The “Four-A-Day Veggie Challenge” is simple: eat at least 4 servings of veggies EVERY DAY for 7 Days. The challenge starts on Monday, February 6th and goes through Sunday the 12th, but make sure to sign up using the following form before the challenge begins so you can get yourself adequately prepared!

To sign up for the challenge, enter your name and email address in the form that follows and you’ll be registered immediately. If you’re ready to take the challenge and just want access to the documents without receiving additional important information via email, click the “Get Started” button below. Alternatively, click the “Download Challenge Documents” to save all of the important files to your computer to view at any time. Please note: you must be on a desktop or laptop computer to correctly download the files.

Why Take the Challenge

Eating more fresh vegetables is one of the simplest choices you can make to improve your overall health. A vegetable-rich diet can help protect you from arthritis, heart disease, stroke, dementia, cancer, and can even help slow down your body’s aging process.

By signing up to participate, you will have access to several important and helpful documents, including an in-depth description of how and why to embrace this challenge, vegetable tracking sheets, and healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and easy snacks. You will have my support throughout, as well as your fellow participants via my Facebook fanpage and my Instagram. There is absolutely no cost to participate, and you are encouraged to invite as many of your friends and family that you would like.
