My goal is to help you better understand your relationship with health, and provide you the tools and motivation to make that relationship as strong as ever—regardless of where you are now or how difficult the road may appear. I approach this by keeping you accountable to three core principles: Exercise, Eat Right, Enjoy Life.

There is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach to health, so each interaction between us will be unique to your needs as we see them. I offer individualized meal plans, grocery shopping lists, low and high intensity training, stretching and strengthening for injury prevention and recovery, AquaFitness workouts in my home pool, and coaching on how to implement fun and beneficial events into your personal life.

My current coaching rate is $65 per hour.  But I have several packages and options to help you meet your budget goals as well. Understanding your relationship to your health isn’t something that happens overnight, but I promise to work tirelessly to help get you to your healthiest self. You don’t need to have shredded arms and abs, eat nothing but kale salads and beets or be ready to run a marathon at a moment’s notice; you simply have to Be Healthy Enough!

Join an existing group of up to nine happy, hard-working students during the week in my studio.

Workouts vary in intensity and you will always have the option of pushing yourself harder or laying back to catch your breath. Current classes include core strengthening, stretching and injury prevention, and stability improvement.
