Without correction, the human body quickly finds new ways to move and function, leading to muscle imbalance, loss of function, stiffness and joint pain.

The goal of the program is to:

2 Loosen up tight muscles that inhibit your joints from moving properly

3 Re educate your body’s on the correct posture to eliminate pain and further injuries

4 Strengthen and tone your body’s weaknesses

We only meet once a week for 6-8 weeks and you do most of the work in the comfort of your own home.
